By placing an order, subscribing to any meal plan, or using the services provided by J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“the Customer”, “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Order Placement & Cut-Off Time

1.1 All weekly subscription orders are subject to a weekly cut-off time of Sunday, 2:00 PM.

1.2 Orders placed after the cut-off time will be automatically scheduled to commence in the following week.

1.3 Orders are considered confirmed and generated only after full payment has been received, no later than one (1) day before the subscription start date at 2:00 PM.


2. Payment Policy

2.1 Full payment is required before any order confirmation, preparation, or delivery.

2.2 Any unpaid or partially paid orders will not be processed or scheduled.


3. Order Changes, Add-ons & Cancellations

3.1 No last-minute changes, add-ons, or cancellations are allowed on the same day of delivery.

3.2 Customers who wish to cancel, postpone a meal, or change the delivery address must notify us at least one (1) day in advance before 5:00 PM, via the official WhatsApp channel provided on our website.

3.3 Requests submitted after the stated deadline will not be entertained, and the meal will be delivered as scheduled without refund or replacement.


4. Delivery Policy

4.1 Delivery times are estimated between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM, depending on daily traffic conditions.

4.2 J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE does not guarantee delivery at a specific time.

4.3 Customers who require delivery at a specific time may opt for third-party delivery services (e.g., Grab or Lalamove) at their own expense.
Any loss, damage, leakage, or spillage during third-party delivery shall not be borne by J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE.

4.4 Delivery coverage areas and timing may vary depending on route planning and traffic conditions.


5. Delivery Waiting Time & Redelivery Charges

5.1 Upon arrival, our delivery rider will wait for a maximum of six (6) minutes.

5.2 If the customer fails to respond or collect the meal within this period, a second delivery will be arranged via third-party services, and all additional charges shall be borne by the customer.


6. Operating Days & Non-Delivery Circumstances

6.1 Deliveries operate from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and emergency off-days.

6.2 Meal deliveries will not be carried out under the following circumstances:

  • Public holidays (meals will be automatically postponed and replaced on the next available delivery day);

  • Unforeseen emergencies, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.


7. Cutlery Policy

7.1 Cutlery is not provided by default.

7.2 Cutlery will only be supplied if purchased separately.


8. Subscription Validity & Redemption Period

8.1 Subscription plans must be redeemed within the following validity periods, commencing from the first delivery date:

  • 5-Day Plan: Redeem within seven (7) working days

  • 10-Day Plan: Redeem within three (3) weeks (15 working days)

  • 20-Day Plan: Redeem within five (5) weeks (25 working days)

8.2 Any meals not redeemed within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without refund or replacement.


9. Delivery Fee Policy for Group Subscriptions

9.1 For 10-Day Subscription Plans:

  • Group orders of 2–5 persons are entitled to ten (10) days of free delivery.

  • Any remaining meals redeemed between Day 11 and Day 15 will incur a delivery fee of RM7 per location per day.

9.2 For 20-Day Subscription Plans:

  • Group orders of 2–5 persons are entitled to twenty (20) days of free delivery.

  • Any remaining meals redeemed between Day 21 and Day 25 will incur a delivery fee of RM7 per location per day.


10. Food Quality & Feedback

10.1 J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE strives to maintain consistent food quality and freshness.

10.2 Any quality-related feedback must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

10.3 Refunds or replacements will not be granted for dissatisfaction arising from personal taste preferences, spice levels, or subjective expectations.


11. Refund Policy

11.1 All subscription plans are non-refundable once commenced, except where service failure or product issues are caused by J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE.

11.2 No refunds will be issued for:

  • Personal schedule changes;

  • Travel or absence;

  • Expired or forfeited meals;

  • Late cancellations.

11.3 Subscription plans are non-transferable.


12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, third-party delivery services, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

12.2 The Company shall not be responsible for food quality issues arising from delayed collection or improper handling by the customer.


13. Amendments & Final Authority

13.1 J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

13.2 The Company’s decision in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding.


14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
