REFUND POLICY (TERMS & CONDITIONS)
1. General Policy
All purchases made with J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE are subject to the terms stated herein. By placing an order and completing payment, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy and all related Terms & Conditions.
2. Non-Refundable Subscription Plans
2.1 All meal plans and subscription packages are strictly non-refundable once the plan has commenced.
2.2 A subscription plan is deemed to have commenced from the first scheduled delivery date.
2.3 Refunds will only be considered in circumstances where a service disruption or product issue is directly caused by J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE.
3. Exclusions from Refund
Refunds will NOT be provided under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
a. Changes in personal plans, travel arrangements, schedule conflicts, illness, or any personal reasons unrelated to our service performance.
b. Failure to collect meals due to customer unavailability at the delivery time.
c. Late cancellation requests submitted outside the stipulated notice period.
d. Remaining meals that are not redeemed within the validity period of the subscription plan, which will be automatically forfeited after the last redeemable date.
e. Customer dissatisfaction arising from personal taste preferences, spice levels, portion expectations, or subjective opinions.
4. Expired & Forfeited Meals
4.1 Each subscription plan carries a fixed redemption validity period.
4.2 Any unused meals remaining after the validity period expires will be automatically forfeited without refund or replacement.
4.3 J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE shall not be responsible for reminders or extensions beyond the stated validity period.
5. Transferability
All purchased subscription plans and meal packages are non-transferable and may not be reassigned, resold, or shared with another individual.
6. Food Quality Concerns
6.1 J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE strives to maintain consistent food quality and freshness.
6.2 Any food quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for assessment.
6.3 Refunds or replacements will not be granted for issues related to personal taste or expectation differences.
7. Cancellation & Refund Relationship
7.1 Approved cancellations or delivery postponements do not constitute grounds for a refund.
7.2 Failure to notify cancellation within the prescribed time frame will result in the meal being delivered as scheduled, with no refund or replacement.
8. Final Authority
J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE reserves the right to:
Review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where applicable;
Reject refund claims that do not comply with this policy; and
Amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
