📍 Read before PLACE ORDER

Orders that submitted after order closing (every Sunday, 2pm) for weekly plan, will auto captured into the week after. 
凡是在我们截单日(周日,下午2点后)提交 / 下单付款的,将自动安排在后一个星期开始配套。


  Eg: 16/02/2025; 2:30pm (Sunday) place order; the start date will be 24/02/25 (Monday)
 例如:16/02/2025; 2:30pm (周日)下单付款的;开始日期将会在 24/02/2025 (周一)


1. Order will only generated when FULL PAYMENT has been made 1 day before my subscription plan begins (Dates as mentioned above).
只有在配套开始日的前一天2pm之前,完成付款的订单才正式成立。

2. There will be no last minute add-ones or cancellation for my orders on the same delivery day. 不允许在派送当日、临时增加订单或取消订单。

3. 🌟🌟 J Healthy Delivery timing will between 10am - 1:30pm (No Urgent Orders)  请注意J's Healthy派送时间将会在 10am - 1:30pm,请勿催促  ,因每日的路况会有所改变。[Puchong / USJ / Subang Jaya / Mahkota Cheras / C180: 12:40pm - 1:30pm]

4. J Healthy are unable to promise deliver at a specific time as daily traffic condition is different. 请注意J's Healthy是无法答应顾客在特定时间里派送到达,因每日的路况会有所改变。(Unless, customer agreed to use third party (eg: Grab/Lalamove) for delivery only to your location only. (Any broken or leakage of the food, will not bear by J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE) ; 除非顾客愿意额外付运费(依据 grab/lalamove的运费)只专门派送您的地址而已。

5. J Healthy's rider will only wait for 6 minutes upon arrival, if exceeded 6 minutes and customer didn‘t answer phone call / whatsapp message to collect food. THE SECOND DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED UNDER CUSTOMER. (Either GRAB/LALAMOVE)
请注意J's Healthy的派送员 只允许在指定的地点等待6分钟,超过6分钟,若顾客没有接听电话/回复信息 下来取餐,我们将会为第二次派送收费(我们将用 grab/ lalamove来派送)

6. No cutlery will be provided, only if purchase separately. 请注意J's Healthy是没有附送餐具,需额外购买。


Refund Policy (退款政策):

1. All meal plan purchases are non-refundable once the plan has started, except in cases of service disruption or product issues caused by J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE.
套餐一旦开始,即视为确认,除非因 J HEALTHY ENTERPRISE 的服务中断或产品问题所导致,否则
一概不退款

2. Refunds will NOT be provided for changes in personal plans, travel, schedule conflicts, or other reasons not related to our service performance. 因个人原因(如行程变动、出差、时间安排冲突等)所提出的退款申请,将不予受理

3. Refunds will NOT be provided for customer's expired remaining meals that exceeded the given redemption period of their subscription plan (auto-forfeited after the last redeemable date). 若客户剩余餐点超过其订阅计划所规定的兑换期限(最后可兑换日期后将自动作废),本公司将不予退款。

4. All the purchased subscription plan are
not able to transfer to other consumers. 请注意顾客所购买的配套无法转让。


Food Quality Related (品质反馈): 
1. We always strive to maintain consistent quality and freshness. 我们始终致力于保持餐食的品质与新鲜度。

2. If you experience any issue with meal quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and respond promptly. 若您在收到餐点后对餐食品质有任何疑问,请于24 小时内与我们联系,以便我们及时查核及处理。

3. Refunds or replacements due to taste preference, spice level, or personal expectation differences will not be applicable. 因个人口味、咸淡程度、或期望落差等主观原因所提出的退款或更换要求,将一概不退款



For Cancellation Related (取消订餐事项):

1. All the mealbox (applicable to all subscription plan) will be deliver as usual on working days, unless you cancel in advance with below mentioned terms & condition (cancellation).
所有餐盒(适用于所有订阅套餐)将在工作日照常配送,除非 您提前根据以下条款与条件提出申请取消派送。

2. To do cancellation or postpone mealbox or change address:
    如需取消、延期餐盒或更改送餐地址:

    (a) Please inform 1 day before 5pm (via WhatsApp = Link below)
         请于 "前一天下午, 5 点前"通过 WhatsApp (链接如下)通知我们。
   

3. When will us NOT deliver mealbox over? 何种情况下我们将不配送餐盒:
    (a) Public Holiday (automatic cancel and replace 1 day for you) 
         公共假期(系统将自动取消,并为您顺延 1 天配送) 

    (b) Sudden incident happen by weather or emergency issue.  
         因天气或突发紧急情况导致无法配送。 

4. Strictly NO REFUND or REPLACEMENT, if you inform us after above given instruction's     
    timing. Cost bear on customer.
    若您在上述规定时间之后才通知我们,恕不接受退款或补餐,相关费用将由客户自行承担。

Validity of each SUBSCRIPTION:

(a) 5 days plan = redeem within 7 days time (Start counting from 1st receiving mealbox day) - (exceeded the given period, will be auto-forfeited)
     5 天的配套 = 之允许7天内 食用完所有餐食(从第一天收到食物开始算起)- (最后可兑换日期后将自动作废

(b) 10 days plan = redeem within 3 weeks time (Start counting from 1st receiving mealbox day) - (exceeded the given period, will be auto-forfeited)
     10 天的配套 = 之允许在 3周内 食用完所有餐食 (从第一天收到食物开始算起) - (最后可兑换日期后将自动作废) 

(b) 20 days plan = redeem within 5 weeks time (Start counting from 1st receiving mealbox day) - (exceeded the given period, will be auto-forfeited)
     20 天的配套 = 之允许在 5周内 食用完所有餐食 (从第一天收到食物开始算起) - (最后可兑换日期后将自动作废

For 10 Days / Monthly Plan Subscription | 适用于 10 天 / 月订阅计划:

  1. Mealbox deliveries will proceed as usual on all operating days of J Healthy Delivery, unless we receive a cancellation notice or instruction from the customer in accordance with the Terms & Conditions stated above.
    餐盒将在 J Healthy Delivery 营运日正常配送,除非我们收到客户的取消通知或指示,并且该取消符合上述 条款与条件。

  2. Deliveries are available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays or emergency off day).
    配送时间为星期一至星期五(不包括公共假期,特殊临时假期)。

  3. For 10 days subscribers:

    - If 2 - 5pax above order together, will only FREE for 10 days delivery fees in total, if exceeded 
      11th - 15th day, still have remaning meal will be charge RM7 per location & days
      凡 2–5 人以上一起下单者,仅可享有共计 10 天的免运费。若有剩余餐点需在第 11–15 天内兑换,则对每一个地点,按每天 RM7 计费。

  4. For 20 days subscribers:

    - If 2 - 5pax above order together, will only FREE for 20 days delivery fees in total, if exceeded 21th - 25th day, still have remaning meal will be charge RM7 per location & days 
       凡 2–5 人以上一起下单者,仅可享有共计 20 天的免运费。若有剩余餐点需在第 21–25 天内兑换,则对每一个地点,按每天 RM7 计费。
